A personal favorite of mine, seen this photo posted on the main Hoseheads site, the Flying Fossil Danny Wood. Thought I'd read he is still racing, either 360 or 305 in the west-midwest recently, good for him.
One site lists him as 63 years young, and racing with the Sprint Series Of Oklahoma
Where are some other WoO/All Star drivers at today?
Joe Gaerte
Booby David Jr.
Chris Eash
Frankie Kerr
Jimmy Carr - Still with TSR?
Aaron BerryHill
Andy Hillenburg
Jeff Shepard
Gus Wasson
Lance Blevins
Dion Hindi
Bobbi Adamson
Brian Paulus (seen him entered in the recent WVMS event)
Brad Furr

We used to watch Schatz in the 360 before anybody outside the upper Midwest heard about him. It's hard to wrap my head around him being a 25 year WoO veteran now. Up in my neck of the woods Brooke Tatnell who still races locally, Craig Dollansky who now manages a track, Justin Henderson who is still racing and Terry McCarl who is still racing but having a hard time getting motors are all former Outlaws. McCarl said in his winged nation interview said he wished he was racing at Husets but seemed to be enjoying the down time.
There is a youth movement among Outlaw teams and a lot of new faces. Stop and compare who was racing ten years ago to today and there have been a pretty big turnover.

A World of Outlaws alumni race Friday of the Nationals would be fun. It's a fantasy but who wouldn't like to see something like that?

Dion Hindi travels the world for the last few years according to his fairly recent interview on the Open Red podcast. Last I saw Jeff Shepard was 2018 National Open at the Grove. He was still his same energetic self. I believe his daughter is big into horses and he has a business that also takes up a lot of his time in Maryland. Andy Hillenburg is still in Tulsa doing his thing, his wife is fairly active on Twitter and you can keep up with him a little bit that way. Brian Paulus still has his T shirt company and races from time to time. Lance Blevins is a good one, wonder what ever became of him?
