Saw on Flo, Bayston is finishing the season in the 11 car. Madsen was 2nd in point, and was coming off some nice finishes. Any intel?

Don't understand this move at all, but just watching on Flo I guess I'm not suppose to. Interested, in the reasoning behind it though.

Spencer is a good driver. He just needs to race with one team, and race a lot more. This is a good opportunity for him and I hope it's a good fit.

there was a post on FB on the all star page......that Ian had some retaliation towards the #13 and that was the reason
Any more insight/ rest of the story would be welcome.............sad for Ian....but congrats to Bayston for landing a solid ride
