I'll gladly toss a couple bucks his way for calling out Reutzel for the prick he is! 

I don't really have a dog in the fight so to say but it was a prick move for Ruetzel if he was trying to start something with Wayne after Wayne flipped and Aaron hit him.  I was there and assumed ruetzel was checking on his well being.  After the interview I guess not. Ruetzel is a hard runner but does seem to carry a list of enemies along with him.  Can't remember the guys name but who could forget at the Chili Bowl "if he wasn't bigger than me I'd kick his ass" after Ruetzel took him out with the bum slider. 

Reutzel is a gasser and a hard nosed competitor. He's got talent by the boat loads but there's no question, he's probably the dirtiest driver out there right now. You wanna give the guy the benefit of the doubt but he makes it harder and harder to do. He's very fun to watch. There's no doubt about it but some of the things I've seen from him just leave me scratching my head as to why a driver with his level of talent has to resort to such tactics at times. 

So you know the guy personally ? Is he in fact the prick you claim him to be ? Or did he give your favorite driver / drivers the what for ? Reutzel and Johnson have bad blood from back when Reutzel first started running with the ASCS. When you’re the new kid in school or the new kid in the neighborhood, you get pushed around until you find your spot in the pecking order or you just start kicking ass. Well ole Wayne with a few others pushed until the new kid had enough and he pushed back and started dishing out what was served to him and they didn’t like how it tasted. Can’t blame the prick for that.

With that said, Johnson tends to step on his dick while racing. A lot of times he does it all by himself with no harm to anyone but himself and his team. Also, a lot of times, he collects other cars with him and anyone who watches the Outlaws on a regular basis knows this to be a fact.

Reutzel didn’t get out of his car just to bitch at Johnson for hitting the rut. But I’m sure he figured while I’m out, what the hell lol. I wasn’t there and I’m marly speculating that something had probably happened prior to that.

If Reutzel was as dirty of a driver and a prick that he’s claimed to be, he wouldn’t have the respect he has among some of the greats and some of the up and coming greats. With one exception of a great being Slammy, he was one of the guys that pushed Reutzel around back in the day. We all know that Slammy likes to dish it out but doesn’t like it when it comes back to him.

Personally, I’m glad we have Reutzel, hell of a wheel man and exciting to watch. As for Johnson, I think the guy is a prick LOL, but we need drivers like him to add to the car count and to give some excitement in the last chance qualifier. We all have drivers we root for and boo for, gotta love this sport !!

Wayne might not be a hero but Reutzel is the least liked driver in sprint car racing among his competitors. That is pretty obvious to see. He's talented but his attitude will wear opportunities out as time goes on. Wayne was already crashed for 10 seconds & the 83 made half a lap before he drove into a parked car

No matter what has brewed between these 2 over the years, but I feel that if you are a MAN with any common sense that you go check on a fellow driver whom you have just smashed into the top of their cockpit to see if he is ok.  JMHO

So I guess if you now see that the guy is moving around he must be ok. So now it's ok to give the guy a raft of shit because I didn't see you laying there.  Looking past the gauges is a trait that separates the good from I would like to be good.

What a piece of shit this kid is. Blessed with all the talent in the world, but too selfish or self centered to see if a fellow competitor is OK!

I think Wayne is a fun personality and a cool story. But he wrecks a bunch and has an aggressive driving style as well. Also Reutzel and him probably have history from the ASCS days. Seems like a ton of drivers don't like Reutzel. 

Just day dreaming about how one driver calling another a prick in NASCAR would probably result in a fine and losing sponsors.  In Sprint Car racing it generates t-shirt sales.

No opinion on Johnson/Reutzel incident, but there were some good battles for the lead...

Reutzel is a truly a rich, spoliled little punk.  The stewie friesen of sprint cars some might say..

Can't wait until him and Roth get into it and Roth bounces his ass.  Not that it much matter however, unless his financial situation changes I think we're stuck with him for some time.

Speaks volume for you as a person by defending that action.

Jacksonville reminds me of Princeton, Minnesota, except Princeton looks like it has more banking.  Those kinds of places can break up families.  They'll get over it.

So what did I miss? People  here seem to really be getting worked up about it..

All I saw was Wayne flipping & Reutzel running into him, which seemed pretty unavoidable

Don't know Reutzel personally and I'm not commenting about him off the track. 

I also don't know that he's given "my favorite driver" as you say a wheel or not, since I have several. But watching Mr Reutzel over the last few years, he's certainly a gasser of the first degree, but without a doubt, like some have said, the dirtiest driver I've seen i. The last 10 years, arguably, this generation of Outlaws Black Hat for sure. when Roth hired him my first thought was they better have as big of a budget for bumpers, nerf bars and RR tires as they do for engines.

Check out woo twitter.  Wayne and A Aron had a dust up in the pits at I70 this afternoon.  

WoO twitter feed has a short video of Johnson and Reutzel scrapping.

Doesnt look too violent and makes me wonder if they are just playing it for attention. Reutzel took about 15 steps backward and Johnson took 15 forward and broke up without much drama. If it was serious anger why would the WoO post it?

care what most of you think!

That's just typical bullring racing.  It becomes a contact sport at that point.
