Hey Everyone,
Wife and I are taking our new RV to PA for speedweek this year. Hoping for some advice.
Right now, plan is to get a spot for the week at Jonestown KOA (support a sponsor so to speak).
Would this be a decently centralized location for us to stay at the whole week?
Would you suggest we stay at one campground, and travel to each race? Or travel to a different campground for each race?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

I lived in Jonestown when I was a kid, I would say it's an okay spot but you'll have to do some traveling. Roughly 45 minutes to the Grove and BAPS, over an hour to Lincoln, Port and Selinsgrove. About an hour and 45 to Hagerstown. You'd cut down on traveling by staying farther west.

I agree with dsc1600. Jonestown is not close to any of the tracks.
Google RV Campgrounds near Gettysburg, PA or Mechanicsburg, PA. That would be a more centralized location than Jonestown for all but three races. Grandview would be the longest trip (2:30). Selinsgrove (1:30). Port Royal (1:30) Hagerstown is about one hour from that area. While Lincoln, Wms Grove, and BAPS are only about 1/2 hour away.

Don't know about RV campgrounds, but Harrisburg/ Carlise area is pretty central, also close to major highways

Camp at each track . As you are criss crossing the area while following the schedule , you can always find places to fill your water , propane , and dump your tanks. Plus maybe a little side trip through the day. And it's free.

Not a PA local, but always having fun mapping race travels: make a copy of the PA Speedweeks mapped for ref.
With doubles at the Grove, Lincoln & the Port, I'd think centralized to these tracks would be your best bet.
