Thank you to everyone who was involved with organizing this year's banquet. The awards and prizes were tremendous !! Thanks to the hard work of Dwayne Robuck, along with the help of many others, no one went away empty handed. Thanks again !!

Thanks for the awesome pizza cutter Dwayne! I just got to figure out where to mount it on my car, I guess I'll have to call Mr. McCoy on that one.

The story I heard was a full time World of Outlaw ride in the 22 car for the 08 season.

As crazy as that sounds, it's fairly accurate. 65 years ago, you would have thought we were in Germany.

I heard that there was a driveline safety device and an insuance policy also.
This is what Knoxville does with its share of the 50-50 tickets.
In the past, there were new drivers suits, gloves, helmets and Butlerbuilt seats also.
Knoxville is a class act!

We will be sticking with the 360...more races available in the area with the 360's....Jeff will be in the 47 for the year and we wish him the best. As far as our driver, many have called, but I have a feeling that a decision will be made shortly.

There were 2 Maxims given away (1 to the 360 class and 1 to the 410 class) and 2 J&J's were given to each class also. A set of heads to each class, a block to each class, numerous top wings, nose wings, front axle assemblies, tires, hubs and spindles, drivelines, and many other items were given away. The Knoxville Racing Charitable Association was also very supportive by giving each driver a HANS device and also making insurance available again this year. Knoxville is definitely the leader in giving back to the owners and drivers. We were lucky enough to be a lucky recepient of the J&J Chassis for the 360 class. Thanks again Knoxville Raceway !!!

Knoxville gives away more prizes than any other local track in the country. I finished in last place for 360 points. I still got a Hans device from the folks a KRCO and a Kevlar u-joint cover to save your legs. I also got a front axle and the insurance is priceless it covers you wherever you race not just Knoxville. Plus your points check. I don't know how you can beat that. My hats off to them!

The KRCO gave out some of the best safety equipment there is to offer and definitely the best insurance every year! Thanks to all the hard work of the 50/50 ladies and the participation of the fans other then that I got a pat on the back and "see you next year"...... Thanks again KRCO!!!

Sounds like a lot of great incentives to run there. Props to everyone involved in helping the teams and drivers with this stuff. I don't know of anyplace in PA doing that much.
However, a HANS doesn't exactly help an owner field a car with a $80,000 motor bill and a $10,000 tire bill, plus all the other expenses. Reducing costs is the only thing that's going to stop the decline in the number of teams.
