No surprise because he's a young man that made a stupid simple slippage of a word. What he did was wrong, but the "crime" sure didn't warrant him to lose his lively hood.

Well, we all knew that was coming. Soon will come the announcement of whatever car/team he's been hired into.
In an otherwise sh_tty summer with Covid, like him or not, he entertained us and did something we may never see again. Someone in some discipline may go on a hot streak, etc, but I don't think we'll ever seen someone win like that in a sprint car, midget, Silver Crown, and dirt late model in one season (a shortened one at that).
Thanks for the memories Kyle. What a ride!

You got that right, and in retrospect, Kyle will look back at this time as one of the best of his life.

Too soon. As expected, here goes the headlines on TMZ already tnite and all the other garbage media sites already calling for sponsors to take a stand and people to boycott those who dont. Should have gave it another year, he didnt do himself or racing in general, any favors. For what its worth I believe whole heartedly he was sorry and deserves to be back... but this will be a media $hit storm for anyone corporation who aligns with him.

How in the hell would you know what the best time in his life has been.

Big fish didn't say it would be the best time.

From the inter webs:
NASCAR says per terms of Larson reinstatement, he still has more requirements to fulfill like:
— Speaking engagements w/weekly series, esports and dirt racing communities
— Complete follow-up training thru ‘23
— Serve as coach/mentor for Urban Youth Racing School & Rev Racing
I suppose I wouldn't mind to much for millions of dollars per year but not quite in the clear yet.

Difficult to say but I too believe that Kyle will look back at this year 2020, obviously not for the Covid, but because he did have the"time of his life'. Who will in the future do anything close to what he did this year. No one, because it will not happen again. I know, never say never, but I do believe it. The win in the Lucas Late Model series might be the most impressive of a long list of impressive happenings he racked up.
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

Short track racers across the country are celebrating this news. Now they can get a better slice of the money pie.

Kyle gave dirt track racing a boost this summer in a trying time with all that has been going on .The timing of the word couldnt have came at a much worse time and He paid a big price. He made the best dirt track racers in every series buckle up tighter and improve their game plan as He seemed to drive harder into the corners than most and although his cars were good so were many others. The money is the lure of NASCAR as the racing to true fans is only the last 20 or less laps.I subsribed to Flo Racing and Dirt Vision just to see him compete with the best in All-Star and WOO and hoped he wouldnt start in front as that was too easy.

Kyles suspension really gave a boost to dirt track racing. And his re-instatement probably will give NASCAR it's biggest boost in viewer audiences it's seen in years. Like him or not dirt car fans have to be in awe of the performances he's put on since his suspension. He has provided what most fans go to the tracks to see...good racing. I hope he kicks ass when he finally gets settled in good equipment in NASCAR.

This is just awful news. Hopefully he is still unemployable at the Cup level. I just hate to see another thoroughbred be gelded like JJ Yeley.

This pisses me off. So TMZ becomes the arbiter of what is right or wrong? No forgiveness? How many second chances have we seen their favorite Hollywood types get? Do they know Kyle or have they talked to him or those around him to get a fair assessment?
In the interviews with Kyle, he seems to be honest about what he has been through and what he has learned. I guess we will know for sure if he finds himself in this position again. I hope that he is sorry for what he said, not just sorry for getting caught. I wish him well and hope that is the case.

Now it's just a matter of where he's going. SHR just announced Briscoe is replacing Bowyer (no suprise). Will it be Hendricks (most likely) or a lower tier team for a year or two?

I think we better wait to hear what LeBron has to say about it :-)
He still has a few hoops to jump through to be in the clear, so to speak. I just hope whatever team he ends up with will allow him to run some of the top dirt shows if they don't conflict.

People and some specialized media outlets are going to call for a "boycott" no matter what. I have said since the start of this whether it be this year, next year, 5years from now people were not going to support his reinstatment, or say it should have lasted longer. Specialized organizations/media outlets call it clickbait. Now there will always be individuals for various reason that will not forgive Kyle for his actions and we can always find examples of people who have done far worst but have received less of a punishment. Things like this have been going on since the beginning of time and its human nature where some (and it is not simply just media) make it seem like something is a bigger deal than what it is. I have seen organizations call for the firing/boycott of a person/company just because that individual simply cheated on their spouse. Being shocked or annoyed at things like this is like being shocked that a hot stove burned you.

10 to 1 he'll have a competitive ride and racing on dirt at Bristol. Hey, he'll be back in an open-wheel car, because he will not accept a ride that won't allow him to.
Wake up on this Bristol race on dirt deal, because it's going to be good for every dirt track from coast to coast, and the joint is going to have a great crowd. It's a brilliant move. Bristol is an old storied track with deep roots, and the Nascar crowd will come out to see the show, and the TV ratings will be high.
Notice how the NASCAR announcers are already using dirt racing jargon and terms for pavement racing, and the youngsters coming up want to run the "cushion," "rim ride" " do a "slide job". Of course, they never give Harry Gant a thought these days.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

You are right. It just pisses me off because the same media outlet will let some other person off because it fits their particular narrative. Left or right, doesn't really matter. People just need to treat others how they want to be treated and maybe there would be a little more peace in our world.

I understand but, this is something that people do everyday. See it on this very forum everyday and in some ways all of us are guilty of it. All of us have been hypocritcal at times. Important thing that I always tell people is consider the source. With all of the information available today, you can find anything to support any narrative today whether it is one you follow or are against. About 99% of the days I have lived I have gone outside and have not seen anything negative or violent. Click on the Tele, and it is nothing but negative and violence. Why? Because people watch it. When people learn to stop subscribing to it and watching it, then that is when it will change. I just choose not to give reports like TMZ or people who try to stir the pot any attention. Granted little ole me is not going to matter or change their ways, but it does make me a lot more sane and relaxed.
When I saw Kyle Larson is reinstated my reaction was, awesome that's great. Now do not read any comments about it because there will be some asswipe who reads the headline and not the work and will make a stupid/uninformed comment, mostly to get attention since they need to have people reacting to them in someway in order to survive in life.
