I am curious if any of the drivers are going to try to run both divisions at PAS tomorrow.
I know Mike Kirby is certainly capable after all the laps he's had in both the sprints and the late models. Just a thought, but now that Tony Jones was successful in grabbing the 2007 USAC-CRA championship for the Alexanders, I think it would be pretty cool to see Mike jump into a second silver bullet and run both classes. Saturday will definitely be a perfect opportunity, since the pressure is finally off and they'll be celebrating no matter what.
Also, Cory Kruseman ran some laps in a full-bodied car at Manzy...wondering if there's any chance we'll see the 21k late model on the track with the "professor" at the wheel.
Rick Becker, Kyle Gomez, and a handful of others could do it too...if given rides. Wonder if Mike's sister Carla still has her sprint car?
Anyone know anything?
