See on the entry list Shane in a #19 wfat car is that?

In my oponion either Shane or Buddy should get a shot in the heffner car maybe with help fron Trone like the old days.

Shane fast anywere Buddy winning in Ohio needs a shot in PA.

The tribute is for Bobby Marshall and the Blue Max car from 40-ish years ago.  Saw a pic on Twitter, looks pretty sweet.  This is still out of the Indy Race Parts shop, and they are running a team car for Spencer Bayston.

For those of us not in PA, can you explain who Trone and Heffner are, and who drives the #48 that causes some people to boil over?

Thank's because my old ass was saying Buddy needs a Knoxville ride!  Half these characters that are entered couldn't hold a candle to what this boy is about to bring.....he isn't from wealth(just has driving skills). This cat can just drive, ask Larson or any of the Kaeding family! They know

Where's my beer or scotch on the rocks? God-damn it! 40
plus years of dirt track racing in these old veins might
get me condemned by the EPA.

Trone & Heffner are long time car owners, & Danny Dietrich drives the 48

Not in PA, but can answer this as well.

Trone Car is the 39 that Hodnett used to drive. It is being run there now, by Jason Solwold (Doug Esh I think, I was corrected in a later post, not driven by Esh) but on a much smaller scale than when Hodnett was in the car.

Heffner Car was the 27 that Pittman, Dewease and Hodnett drove. Since Greg died, Ryan Smith has been driving the 72 car...which is the Heffner car.

Doug Eash is retired. His son, Jared, drives the Chiapelli 98.

Current driver of the 39 is Jason Sowald.

You are correct, I don't know why I thought it was Esh...I was watching dirtvision when Solwold started in the car...I was drawing a blank and thought Esh was correct....it was not.

Doug Esh also has a son-in-law that drives a 410 sprint car.      He is from PA but he has won races in South Dakota and Ohio this season so you won't read much about him here on Hoseheads.    His name is Brock Zearfoss.
