In a normal year with thousands of race fans in the area i think they'd have made an attempt, but not worth trying tonight or running tomorrow given the circumstances.
Looks like a crazy storm, even by Iowa standards.

Seems like they could have had the race, if they wanted to but most likely would have lost money.
