Is the field gonna be a letdown? All Stars and IRA are in Knoxville. Posse is racing at home I assume... Will it be just outlaws there? Taking a friend to his first outlaw race, hope the field is good...

I'd say 25. Mumaw, Malcuit, all of the Jacobs. Atomic with 4k to win, Fremont keeps raising purse...its now at 5k. Mercer i believe racing too. Car count will be lower, but it's still the outlaws. It will be a great race regardless. I look for Dean jacobs to upset them on the bottom. Trey Jacobs will be killing the cushion as well. Kid has been running out of his mind!

Most likely will be between 25-30. Would be shocked if there was more with Fremont & Atomic running for 4K each and them being point events as well. I had looked at the Attica results from a couple weeks ago and counted between 15-19cars that most likely will not be at Wayne County either between All Stars, True Outlaws, Fremont, and Atomic. Will kind of be a let down car count wise most likely
AFCS points for Fremont: Kemenah, Conley, Henry, Jacobs, Griffith, Dussel, Ivy, Foos, Brubaker, Cole Macedo, Philo, Chad Wilson, Craig Mintz, and Byron Reed
Atomic Points: Cole Duncan, Max Stambaugh, Wimmer, Kemenah, Marvel, Danny Smith, Conley, Hesson, Peterson, Stinson.

I was thinking of going myself. But it is suppose to rain. Historically this track is terribly....terribly dusty. Hat... googles and mask can be essential. Warn your friend.
This is the only track that I have ever been to ...where I ruined a top. Could not get it to come clean at all. Oh! And avoid the Amish and Mennonite restaurants right now. There covid Numbers are high amongst their people. So I am told. I have been warned off myself. As I normally dine at a local Amish restaurant when I am in the area. My mother owns a farm not far away and did her recovery from a heart attack and stoke just down the highway a bit in Wooster Ohio. It is normally a very nice area to visit. If you are there in the afternoon ... you might consider going over to Lehman's hardware. Just a little country drive away. Lol ... but It is a very interesting store. Worth a drop bye. And to those that would ask... no I was Not raised In The area. Mom bought the farm as an investment at an auction ...long after I graduated. In fact she herself only visits a couple of weeks a year. Her and my grandmother who has now passed .... both loved the real estate auctions and bought properties like others buy knick-knacks. And this is not odd...as many in their group coveted to own property in all 50 states! And no... mom is not happy at tax time. Because that is big bill. You never really own real estate In This country . You just own the right to keep on paying! But because of it .... I have been to some interesting race tracks ... visiting these properties. I have enjoyed that part in the past. This covid has changed some things. I hate mask but like empty airports and easy parking.

I was there one time before for a All Star race when PPM won his first and only race with them(I think?) I do remember is was VERY dirty/dusty, probably the worst I have ever seen... I have warned them! I know rain is in theforecast, trying to be optimistic! We had a shower here in Columbus this morning, and rain just past by them a little bit ago, little pockets could pop up later, just being hopeful they dont.

Well at least if it rains the track would get watered once and the dust clouds won't be 100' into the air during hot laps. I've watched two races there and my suggestion would be a fullface helmet with a rock screen attached if you're going to try and see what is going on just on the front stretch. Reminds me of going to a road course where you can only see part of the track, but for much different reasons.
Hopefully it won't be that way but I know at this point it's one track I took off my list to ever be in person at.

See you're still around. It has to be a couple years since your brother Jeff left us. We used to spar pretty good occasionally.......
Kind of miss him stirking the pot.
Bet the IRA is a little relieved. He got Sinclair pretty good a couple times.
I know it was difficult for you. Just wanted to let you know a few of us still think about him once in the while

Officially postponed, not canceled but no firm make-up date yet.
Seeing some flak being sent towards the WoO on Twitter for calling it. What's the deal?

Thank you Kool Trikes! He was always out to cause trouble, especially with Steve Sinclair! I know he was a serious PITA sometimes, but I sure miss him! It's been a little over 2 years since he left us, it got easier but I still think about him all the time!

I heard from some locals they were watering the track yesterday and then again last night, then again they watered around 6 PM tonight, which we all knew rain was coming! We all know( who have been there) that this track gets really dry, but after the 10 minute rain around 7pm the track was a sloppy mess! Poor track prep, no wonder the outlaws havent been there in 35 years... hope they can find a rain date?
