As a fan I want to thank Tod for bringing local racing back to the Sioux Falls area. Husets had been my sunday night summertime date since 1984. I'm looking forward to rekindling that romance. I'll suport his efforts to make Husets successful.
Thank you.

I'm with you Murphy I think Husets will be even better then in the past now that Tod owns it and I'm looking forward to you contining your tradition of after the race reports and thumbs up and thumbs down Glen Murra

Agreed we cannot thank TQ enough for bringing our favorite track back to life. Hell Monster Trucks are far from my favorite style of race track porn but I will probably go to that at the end of August to give my support. Probably skip Knoxville LM Nats to support his September 360 show. I've been a regular there since June 1986 - a little shorter time then you- but it's been my summer Sunday night destination for decades, even when I didn't live 12 miles away. Been a huge void on Sundays the last 3 years.

I'm going to try. I can guarantee at this time that there will be a lot more thumbs up than thumbs down at this next race. The problem I have is that I'm not that smart. Try as I might, I can't seem to figure out how to write something in Word and then copy & paste it to the Hoseheads message board. Is there some trick I'm just not getting because I'm a technology dinosauer?

I admit to not knowing his reputation for getting things done in a top notch fashion and being skeptical at first. I had seen so many make attempts at promoting and operating tracks where it didn't work out and assumed the same end results. I'm happy about being wrong in my assumptions. Jackson and now Husets are in good hands and Knoxville, Jackson and Husets working together and not scheduling against each other will be great for the sport.

The board is kind of finicky in the way it accepts cut & past. I find that it only works on my system and browser of choice by using the keyboard command. My fingers do it automatically by muscle memory but I think it's Cntrl V. Right click and paste doesn't work. I'm using a Linux setup with their browser versions so that might have something to do with it. Not sure how it appears for others.

Thst raises a question from me. When the Woo or Ascoc roll into town, I know they bring announcers and tech etc etc. Do they bring their own flagman?
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

I think every WoO or All Stars race I've seen at Husets over the years was flagged by Doug Clark

All Stars have Blake Anderson for an announcer. Blake and Shawn (and hopefully a little bit of Hayden) make a great team.
WoO, obviously have Johhny Gibson, who also teams up well with Shawn.
Neither of those bring a flagman, but do bring a race director.
Only traveling group Ive seen that brings a flagman is the ASCS 360 National series;

I know one regional series flagman but he has since retired from flagging and is spending his time camping in northern Wisconsin with Keystone Lites within arms reach.
