Wow ! I just watched the highlight video and thought I had the wrong race because Rico was so far behind with 2 to go.

Great Race!!! The top three were battling it out and they were getting grip all over the track. Double thumbs up on the feature!!

Blessed and spoiled to live close to Knoxville. I see nearly 80 sprints on the track each week and some of the best food and racing this world has to offer for a 15 dollar ticket. Amazing

I enjoyed both the 360 and 410 races last night. I have known Justin Henderson's sponsor GRP for over twenty years and we traveled to races together many times while I was chasing races. It was cool to see Justin win for the second week in a row and nab that extra $3k that Greg put up as a sweep bonus. Rico's surprise ending to nab the win in the 410 race was icing on the cake.

Correct. I was watching the replay knowing Rico won and I was in disbelief that he could make up that amount of ground in 1-1/2 laps to pass 2 cars.

It would have to come with quite a few acres capable of growing corn, then I might be listening. If the farming isn't possible I also double as an engineer for a utility company so maybe pay down there is way more? I have three races on tap for this week, fair week at Oskaloosa Southern Iowa Speedway. IMCA one night and USMTS the other. Wingless sprints too but they aren't much. Knoxville Saturday as always. Family is taking the weekend off racing otherwise I'd probably be in attendance on Friday for another race. We truly take racing for granted here in Iowa. Tons of races each week to choose from.

What a great ending to the feature. Love seeing Rico pass the One track wonder Brownie. Wish McCarl would have held on, he hasn't won for a while. Great race with a great finish. You are all lucky at Knoxville to see such great racing!

I love Brownie, but he kind of steped on it Saturday night. If he hits his marks on that last lap, we don't have a story.

I sit in turn 2 at the Nationals and have seen Brown go too high coming out of that turn many times blowing the chance to win of have a great finish. You would think that over time he would figure out what he is doing wrong.

Idk if Brown got too high in 2 or just on the gas too hard but he definitely could have blocked Rico low into three if he knew he was there. I think he knew he cleared McCarl and just rode the middle to slide high to make sure and take TMAC s line but if he runs low in 3 and 4 we're not even on this message board talking about this race. Hindsight is always 20/20. Rico just got better on the bottom and Brown can not run the bottom like he can the top. A good bottom groove costs Brown a few races every year especially with the outlaws.

I like that, that should be his new nickname "The One Track Wonder" and now the way he runs at the Nationals it should be " The Weekly Show One Track Wonder" lol

How about a shout out for the track prep crew? That much grip, A-main, late in the evening after a hot dry week? Way to go Dunkins!

Absolutely!! The track was absolutely perfect last Saturday (in my mind). There have been a couple of timely rains (not enough), but last Saturday was hot, sunny, and windy most of the day. The humidity and dew point were insanely high, which didn't hurt. The other thing that helped was about a half hour or so from sunset, some low clouds came in and blocked the sun. The Dunkins are incredible at what they do... keep proving it week in and week out! When drivers the calibre of Rico, Brown, and T-Mac have an incredible surface to race on through thick lapped traffic, magic ensues!
