Of the guys who finished in the top 12 last night, only three guys were in the 18 second bracket for their best laps (Dietrich-18.751, Macri-18.757, and Abreu-18.838). Everyone else was in the 19's.

Of the guys who finished in top 12 last night, only two guys were in the 19 second bracket for their final lap (Dietrich 19.775 and Cisney 19.948). Everyone else was in the 20's or 21's.

By the way, I am not commenting on the race because I wasn't there, nor did I watch online. I just wanted to provide some stats to go with Holden's post.

I like seeing sprint cars slide and go sideways, as a matter of fact, thats what hooked me on the sport.

Remember as a kid, wondering why Lois Lane couldn't tell that Superman & Clark Kent were exactly the same guy? It was pretty obvious, right?

I wonder if Strawser was wearing a "mild mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper" suit & Winged Speed was wearing a Superman getup, could we tell the difference? wink

Hahaha! He's got an answer for everything! Spoken like someone that's never actually talked to a driver that's raced at either track. Every driver that races at Selinsgrove, especially those that don't have much experience at the place, will tell you that Selinsgrove feels like it has no grip even when it's wet and tacky. That's why they tie the LR down way more than other tracks to get a good set up there.
