Saw a interesting post on twitter today that if you were starting up a two car sprint car team, and had to pick a veteran driver and a newer driver, who would you pick ?

My teams would be based in Central Pa and I would have one road team and the other to run locally

I would be based in Forest Lake and would probably help out a couple local drivers instead of starting my own team. Probably Brooke Tatnell in 410's and Brian VanMeveren with his USAC effort. I would be more about helping people I am familiar with locally than hiring some hot shoe from another part of the country and not with the goal of the Outlaws or winning a ton of races.
