I just wanted to pass on that I was offered a fair solution in the form of the current months refund for my PPV cancellation fiasco.  Understandably I was frustrated and posted enough about it to fill a book but that's just the writer coming out in me like it does sometimes when I get riled up.

Based on my own experience I would strongly suggest that anyone picking and choosing their PPV during the course of the racing season keep a close eye on your accounts.  When I read about things like this happening to others in the past I brushed it off as them not managing their account, now I know how easy it can happen when life gets busy and how frustrating it can be.

Again, up until this happened and aside from a few dropped broadcasts PPV (all providers) have been relatively smooth sailing.  I had to sleep on it and remind myself what it was like to wait for Speed Sport to come in the mail and chill out for a day.  I made some suggestions about the cancellation process and will be changing my PPV viewing habits to single races for the foreseable future.  That change will affect all PPV providers that I have been doing business with but even though I'm normally on top of these things all it took was one crazy month to throw me off my game and cost me a bunch of money.

Don't hate on Dirtvision or any of the PPV providers, we're fortunate to have this option, especially those of us who are long in the tooth and have difficulty with the late night drives.  Have a great day!
