Can anyone say how the racing is for this event? Is it worth a 2 hour drive to get my winter racing fix?
Thanks

My take: I've been to many of the TQ races at Atlantic City, Allentown and Trenton over the years. The actual races have been a hit or miss in terms of memorable finishes. However, they do get the juices flowing in terms of seeing some racing in the middle of winter. As far as facilities, Allentown is top notch, without a bad seat in the house. Some of the races I have witnessed have been crash fests, others pretty entertaining. The only downside is the cost of parking and the prices of the food, as they are at most major sporting events. If you have never been, I would definetly go.

If you only have a 2 hour drive, I'd definitely recommend going. I have about a 2 hour drive as well, but it's worth it. I've made it to the last 4 years of the Allentown races and it's always a fun time, especially in the middle of winter where we don't get to see much racing at all. The racing usually gets pretty intense with a lot of beating and banging as well.
