Looked at what the current schedule shows on the World of Outlaws schedule, and it looks like we might have a shake up. Typically, Texas has a weekend double header before the Outlaws run Las Vegas, 2 weeks after Volusia. This year, the make up races for the double rainout in 2019 are scheduled for March 13-14th, which is usually the midway point for the western swing in California. Are we going to have a later western swing? Seen a rumor that Vado Speedway might be getting a show as well.

No FALS? Beaver Dam? Wilmot?
I tell it like I see it.

joint schedule shows different dates. Most notably, the sprint cars (and not the late models) running 7 shows at Volusia between Feb. 7th and 15th.
Also, as posted on the forum earlier: WoO at Devils Bowl is now a one night show on Saturday May 2. Lawton Speedway on May 1st.

Someone at WoO must have seen my post. Joint schedule has been corrected. WoO Sprints Feb. 7-9 and WoO late models Feb. 12-15.
But now it says WoO Sprints on Apr. 2nd at Farmer CIty, IL and Apr. 3rd at Tulare, CA. Unless they're doing a cannonball run across the country, I don't think this is possible...

The April 2nd listing is obviously just an input error; when you click the date, it redirects to the Late Model listing.

I hope that July 10 is 34 raceway's date because that will increase the odds of trying again at Dubuque Speedway, I just posted what I saw on 300 Raceway's Facbook post.
I will travel from Colorado to Iowa for Dubuque Speedway, but not for 300 Raceway.
|
Also where is Hartford Speedway in Michigan?. We have lost I-96 last year. Michigan is the automotive capital of the world and no WoO sprint car race.. Hopefully it is one of those to be added races..

Hartford is on I-94 about 30 minutes west of Kalamazoo.

The full schedule should be out in less than two weeks.
It is usually released at PRI which takes place December 12-14.

That moves Port Royal up a couple of weeks doesn't it? That is probably a good move weather wise.

I’m glad they made a change this year in scheduling fewer races but ones with a better chance of getting the race in.
No point in having a 90 plus race schedule when year after year you cancel 10 to 15 times because you’re running in places during rainy season.
Sad there’s no Haubstadt this year though.
