I think both of those wins were still in the Big Game Tree #1, but I could be wrong. The car he drove in NY other than the #1 was the #35 owned by Jared Zimbardi. T

Hey 427, Sprint Cars have brakes and you had the chance to apply yours but foolishly, thought Sammy might lift, oops....

You are probably correct. I've got old age mind setting in and can't remember what I did a week ago let alone a couple races a few years back.

If it was Kinser's last race, Sammy was in the CJB #1.
I was at Grandview a couple of nights prior to the New York race, and both of them plus Kenny Jacobs made an appearance. Kenny filled in for Lee in the 81 that night.

I was at Grandview that night. I really thought Sammy had something for him if he had a few more laps. That night Kinser was just a shell of his old self. Looked like he really didn't want to be in a car and was just in the way earlier in the night.
