1st of all, what a bargain for all of the work and updates put into this $75,000,000 facility.
2nd of all, I don't believe you as this place was already bull-dozed over a couple of months ago per threats made by Chucky.

Maybe that's why the price dropped. It's just land with zero improvements after the dozen put it all back to prairie.

Chuck must be really stupid if he thinks he will get someone to buy that place for 7 or 9 million + when he could not get 1 bid for the place for 3.12 million at his auction. Sad since he invested 10, 15, 18 or 20 million dollars in the place depending on which press release you want to believe.

I grew up at that joint....so many phenomenal memories and yes I’d love to see it open once more and I’ll support the next true owner if they ever turn laps there again. But after all the shenanigans, auction, price drop yadda yadda yadda....it pains me to say this and I truly do it with much sadness and please understand this is truly hard for me to say......Plow the sum bitch under and burn the stands down! My heart simply cannot take one more pipe dream of getting my hopes built up and having the same heart broken once again. I beg you Chuck Brennan, please do what you said and plow it under! I want this to be over. I want to bask In the glory days of Fran Bruns, Kenny Hansen, Doug Wolfgang, Marlon Jones, Gary Dewall, Danny Lasoski, Bill and Tom Rook, Chuck McGillivray, Terry McCarl, Todd Wessels, Tim Monson, Justin Henderson, Chad Mellenberndt, Ron Fick, Cliff Koidahl, John Stevenson, Brian Schnee, The Iceman, and all the Outlaws slinging dirt over the fence of the High banks and hearing Denny Oviatt announce “Hey Hey Hey Race Fans!”. Those were great days. Please let me remember them and forget about the last few years roller coaster ride that you’ve coated in bullshit. Either accept someone’s reasonable offer or plow the damn thing under. Sorry, I had to get that off my chest. I promise, if I win a ludicrous amount of money I’ll stick it down chucks throat and we will race come spring. But since I haven’t purchased a ticket in a coons age that’s not gonna happen.
