Disc1600 if they plan on running about 50 Outlaw races and 20 All Star its pretty easy to figure about which races that will include so I am assuming that they would run most of Pa. Speedweek and all the big shows at the end of the year and some of the other big ones in the area and stii make Eldora which Brent is good at Knoxville ,Florida,The Jackson Nationals since it pays BIG MONEY and Charolett. The Grove and Port have more Time Trial races than handicap so if nothing bigger just stay home.

Sorry about the double post .Anyone know what is up with Shane is he the fill in driver for the 41 or does he have something lined up?
If not he should call Mike Heffner or Mike should call him I know its not my money to spend but Shane would be perfect for that seat he runs good at Knoxville ,Eldora ,and the Grove plus he is good also in a 360 which Mike likes.

Maybe you should be the middle man between Mike and Shane, kinda like a sports agent or broker. Go for it dude, you only have one life, make it happen!

I'm wondering what you are basing this on. I've always liked Shane, but Marks has passed the most cars on the WoO tour in features the last two years and just won the National Open. He needs to qualify better, but he races well.
Shane just didn't fit in this operation, which was clear to anyone who has eyes.
Nice to see someone different get a shot in a quality ride. Paid his dues in his own deal and it worked out for him. Look forward to seeing the results.

It's easy to have the most passed cars when you're starting in the mid/rear of the pack all the time.
im not saying he's bad, but there was way better drivers out there. maybe he brought money over. idk

Its not as easy as you think? What about all the better racers that started in front of Brent, they got slower as he got faster. Chew on that for a bit.

The age difference was one of the reasons given for Gravel and CJB parting last year
I found an old sprint car unlimited article. The quote is attributed to Chad Clemens. He said " the reason for the driver change is when the age difference between crew chief and driver is to much". So CJB left Gravel go when he and Jackson were 28 years apart, and now he and Marks are 28 yes apart. I guess the age difference doesn't matter anymore.
Because if it did why not hire Tim Shaffer? I am just asking the question; and have nothing against Brent. But who would you all hire Tim Shaffer or Brent Marks?
I am glad Brent got the ride and think he will do well with the pressure of running a team of him. But as I said before I think money was the deciding factor. Someone had to replace the Quiring money. Wasn't there an article in Sprint &Midget about CJB and said they have money but need sponsorship to race like they do.
So really it was a no brained to hire Brent over Tim. In today's racing a good driver with money will always have the advantage over a good driver with no money.
Unfortunately, Tim just might be in that situation.

Any word on Dale Blaney's plans for 2020? Is he officially out of the McGhee #11?

There is a Sunday roundtable session at the EMMR on December 8th featuring the Blaney Family. Maybe Dale will be there to answer your question. It will be a fun day, come out and be part of it.

My guess would be that yes Stewart will be the fill in for the 41 if he doesnt land a good ride very soon. I'm pretty sure that he was very good friends with Jason and family. I think he still has potential to do ok with a good team. Macedo really isn't doing any better in the 2 car than Shane did.

Saw inside line promotions stated Kerry Madsen will be back in the Big Game #2 with Cody Jacobs as crew chief. Cody had been Tim Shaffers crew chief & previously crew chiefed for Danny Holtgraver in the 70 car and Lee Jacobs 81

Just read where James McFadden will return to the KKR 9 car. Said it will run a majority of the Outlaws schedule and some bigger races during the summer.

Dominic Scelzi will be scaling back to racing California only in 2021. Will be focusing more on Scelzi Enterprises.
