I think you mean Kasey's #9. Don't now what is next for these guys. Would be nice to see Kasey drive again. Listened to J-MAC's interview on Winged Nation today. He did not see to sure about next year. But I think most take that position until things are firmed up. KKR seems to go through sponsors. Sage, Ollies, Ionomy. At least they are out there. I don't know if Tim Shaffer would work. Hell of a driver, but I would think they would maybe go younger.

Assuming he meant Shaffer for the remainder of this year... which makes sense. Tim still knows how to win these big races.

Cole Duncan was a hired fun a few years ago for the World Finals. It would be nice to see Kasey give someone else a good opportunity.

Kasey won at Lincoln in March, 2016. He started on the pole and won the non stop feature. Monteith couldn't get by him. I think that was when he said something like "all my NASCAR competitors are at the beach." Kasey may have won after that but I'm not aware of it. I think Kasey needs seat time in a sprint car. For example...
Tony Stewart wasn't a very good sprint car driver 6 years ago. In 2013 he has some very violent crashes and even acknowledged that he caused some. I saw him race and it seemed like he had way more horsepower than he could handle. He got so much better after focusing on the sport for a couple years.
I hope Kasey returns to driving soon and I hope he sticks with it for a couple seasons.
