I got a program at the Nationals in 1974, my first Nationals. And I still have it.

Yes, when it started , maybe with the exception of year 1, the program was one sheet of heavy paper with entries listed.
You should contact the Hall of Fame. They may be able to help you out with copies of the information. Bill Wright would be a great start.
