2006 ASCS Sooner Region champion, Sam Hafertepe, Jr., is teaming up with car owner Cody Brewer of Choctaw, OK to compete in the 2007 Chili Bowl in Tulsa.
The car is a 2005 F-5 Chassis with a Bailey Chevrolet Engine. Team sponsors are Keizer Aluminum Wheels and PlumbFast Racing.
This is the 21st Annual O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals, and grandstand tickets for the event are sold out. Pit passes can still be purchased. As of December 15, there are already 256 drivers entered including Nextel Cup drivers Tony Stewart and Kasey Kahne.
