Curious why Tony Stewart runs the 360 Nationals but not the 410 Nationals?

IIRC, he made a comment in an interview a year or two ago about not being good enough/fast enough to be truly competitive for the 410 Nationals. He mentioned needing more seat time in the 410 to be ready.

Tony raced with the Outlaws when they were in Nashville. He finished 13th the first night and 4th the second night. Schatz won the first night and finished right behind Tony the second night.

I was doing some research on the internet, hope that makes some of you happy, but my research caused me to have a question, sorry to those same people. I found the Ascoc has fined Aaron Reutzel $500 for an altercation in the pits with the A79 car at Wayne County. Does anyone know what took place in this incident.
Also the purpose of my research was in an effort to learn if Skylar Gee and who was it , PPM , were fined for their fight. I didnt find anything. Any info on that?
