I see Schatz has stepped up the Ford advertising, at least in Grand Forks recently. Not just FORD on both sides of the hood, but FORD PERFORMANCE on both sides of the hood. Whats the average fan to think. I don't have a problem with drivers that are sponsored by Ford Dealers, as do a couple G.Forks sprinters who have the dealer's name and Ford on their sheetmetal.
But FORD PERFORMANCE? This from the world's largest family owned corporation. It's getting a little embarrassing. Next they will do what they do in the NHRA where starting a couple years ago, Mustang and Toyota fiberglass funny cars started having valve covers with the word Ford or Toyota on them depending on which body they were running. Now Chevrolet has joined the ranks and John Force's Camaro bodied funny cars have Chevrolet on the valve covers. Just about every male NHRA fan knows that engine started life about 65 years ago as a 330 c.i. hemi. (180 strong HP) The NHRA engine is derived from the Chrysler hemi similar to the sprint car engine 98% use is derived from the small block 1955 Chevy engine, of course both with bigger blocks and much stronger internal parts to live thru the punishment they receive. .
Lawlessness + liberalism = HELL - NYC, Detroit, Chicago,
Seattle, LA Who the H runs those cities.
