whos going? Havent been there in 6 years or so and looking forward to seeing some old friends, and i mean OLD!
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Be there for sure on Saturday and Sunday. Always sitting in the back row just below the F sign. Would like to go Thursday, but have a committment that I can't get out of.

Heat races were great. Feature not so much. They lost the track and it was follow the leader for the final 15 laps. That's not an exaggeration. I don't believe there was a pass anywhere on the track for the final 15 laps. Hahn got by two cars of lapped traffic around lap 10. One of them was Borden. Borden finsihed in the same spot between Hahn and Covington 15 laps later. This said, I think Hahn and Covington earned their finish. They both looked like the best and fastest cars all night.

Night two much better feature. Bogucski was running away with it and somehow got squirrelly coming out of turn two and blew it. Robbie Price handed a gift win and ends up third. Crockett looked solid all night on his way to the win. I'm thinking Covington has earned the pole tomorrow by being the most consistent through two nights
Excited for the $15K final tomorrow.

Final night didn't disappoint. Local kid Robbie Price comes home to win Dirt Cup. Felt Hahn and Covington were the class of the weekend, but Price was clean in the final and earned it. Got to talk to several drivers in the pits. Young Price was a favorite. Also Jacobsen. He's been so close as of late. I see good things in his near future.

Agreed. Thinking I said "wow" out loud at least five times during the feature. Aggressive but clean racing.

Three nights of great racing, great people, and perfect weather (maybe a little chilly at night). Might be my favorite Dirt Cup since the ASCS National Series has been apart of it.
