The forecast for Saturday night is not looking very promising. Is there anyone actually in town that can give a weather report?

I saw the accuweather forecast map of a storm arriving close to race time. We’ll see.

Had several showers but still planning to race. Track prep happening now. Hot laps maybe around 9

I congratulate Knoxville for getting the show in. The weather forecast was too unpredicatable for me to take on the two and half hour drive each way. Knowing that the Outlaw heat races didn't start until around 11pm confirmed I made the correct decision.

If it had been moved up, it probably would have ended at the exact same time it did, as the rain would have happened during the races instead of befor ethey started.
