Not exactly sure it's the same guy, but I believe there was an announcer at Devils Bowl by that name. If that's who this is I'm not impressed, although for all I know his opinions of Ms. Balcaen may be dead on.

It's really not even worth looking up as he'll get the views on it. It's too incoherent to even summarize, however, his true racist colors show through quite clear and as so, he should be blackballed by the dirt racing community. He's just a huge piece of shit, no easier way to say it.

Apparently he is the flake that used to announce at Devils Bowl. His comments about Ms. Balcaen were that she was another pretty face with no talent.

Yeah, absolutely racist, proven by his Balcaen video. And I quote: "Why don't you go ahead and be a positive influence on the benefits of interracial relationships?" There is absolutely no justification to bring that into any video about dirt track racing. It's 2019, not 1963. Maybe Chaz is all about a pure white race, but a majority of the world has evolved to not give a shit.
And it doesn't surprise me that there will be people that agree with him. There's a reason that dirt track racing is still associated with backwoods, uneducated trash. And people who agree with Chaz's racist opinions reinforce that perception.
