Any truth to the rumors that I 90 isn’t opening? I heard 2 of the 4 main investors are leaving to go and run Husets? If so do they even reopen or just specials?

Probably not enough volunteers to take out the old bleachers, honestly Husets is the only chance of Sprint car racing in the upper Midwest to become relevant again .

We had 100+ people there and all of the old bleachers are out. Havent heard that rumor at all and I highly doubt its true.

Yeah I call BS on that statement. In Grand Forks they have the strongest series they have had in years. Aberdeen had a NOSA show that was awesome. Park Jefferson has a 10,000 to win 360 show and the Outlaws are going to Black Hills annually. Jackson is running 410 shows and 360 shows weekly.
Believe it or not you Sioux Falls snobs need to realize what the rest of us have known for a while which is that the Upper Midwest scene is better than ever. Except for the 1 year Chuck decided to run a program that was completely ridiculous and never sustainable. Also 360 car counts are the best they have been in years since I 90 has been closed. The last few years of Rubins saw between 10-14 410s as the norm. Give me a NOSA program at grand Forks any day.

"Sioux Falls snobs".... good one!
Don't let the people in Manhattan or San Francisco know about it, you'll be overrun with pretentious yuppies & rents will go WAY up!

River City Speedway in G.Forks,ND never had less than twenty 410 sprint cars on Friday nights last summer, often more than 25. And add to that one of the very very few tracks in the country offering not only outlaw sprints but also a large class of super Late Models every weekend.(Fridays) We are lucky and we know it!!
Lawlessness + liberalism = HELL - NYC, Detroit, Chicago,
Seattle, LA Who the H runs those cities.

I-90 & Huset's ran weekly for years. Just usually not against each other.
I-90 can run specials for mods & late models and should "if" they choose. Huset's is best for sprints. Big boy lates and mods just can't go 3 or 4 wide there which kills the excitement and tears up equipment. However for sprint car racing, Husets is probably one of the best tracks in the country and I'm only referring to the racing that takes place on the track. I think both can come back to where they once were.
