Gravel only got the 5 ride because Sammy went in and helped straighten out their program before they pretty much kicked him to the curb..

Oh that's exactly what fucking happened there.......Not!

I love silly season and wish I could believe everything people post in this thread. Even though it doesn't mean people are right... I wish they'd share some insight of their sources.
|
My source is the 2 team.

My sources told me....
Fred Rahmer to CBJ.
Gravel to Hooters cup.
T Dub to any PA based team to run WG weekly.
I'll know more after the flea market.

My source is a close personal friend to the Stewart and Saldana families and is part of a racing family himself. Carson Macedo WILL be in the Larson WoO car. Stewart WILL be in the CJB 5. PPM or James McFadden will be in the 41. Expect a JJR announcement at to WoO World Finals, likely on 11/2 which is Jason and Bobbi’s anniversary.

Is McFadden willing to commit to a full season in the USA? Seems like he went back to Austrailia a lot when running for the Highlands #3 team.

Since we are visiting rumorville, I heard that McFadden has a joey on the way and that may keep him in the outback.

Dont understand if all of these are done deals why wait Joey gave up a trophy cup ride to run the 41,If what I was told that Bobbi was interviewing a driver at the Grove National it would have to be either PPM or Gio since she was already in contact with Stewart and Macedo and Joey ans McFadden were not at the Grove.

I was told Gio was interviewed for the CJB ride as well with Stewart ultimately getting the job.

Yes Fred may be a little long in the tooth but still has a nasty slap shot. Just ask Dietrich...Actually I don't know what happened with that deal because I was on the other side of the property. But I have heard there has been a video floating around of "the fight". Anyone know where we can find that piece of Posse history?

I heard there could be a Hefner Rahmer team with little Freddie next year.

If it were true it would be good to know that Heffner is going to keep running in Sprints, but it would be the loss of another quality car in PA if the two teams merged.

lol. You on this kick again. How great was the CJB car before Gravel got in it. Mcmahan was decent....Rahmer was thought to be washed up in it, so was Stevie, what happened when they got out of it. They picked up some help from Big Game so that has helped but crew chief is same as Freddie’s . And that is 2 Natty Opens not 1....how many other Outlaws have won at the Grove lately. i said it before....if I needed to win one race and had a good car he would be in my top 6-7 sprint car drivers in the world Id put in the ca right now.
|
I'm with shernernum (say that 5 times in a row) here, the CJB car is good stuff but it ain't got the mojo for whatever reason. Gravel's about the only guy that's been able to rack up big wins in it so that says something about Gravel.
I was at the Grove every Friday night in 2012. "Rahmer was thought to be washed up in it"" is being very kind. He looked down right awful in it and then look "what happened when he got out of it"
I think it will be more of the same if Shane Stewart or whoever is in it next year. Now if you bring Stewart AND Paul Silva, then that's a different story....a story that's not gonna be told but would likely be a good read if it was

Does anyone really care who gest what ride in Pennsylvania. We don't ever see any of them unless you live in PA... only kidding.
I'm really thankful that Bobbi is still fielding a team. I wish them the best, who ever straps in the 41.

Silva is the main reason Macedo is replacing Stewart in the KLR 2. He and Shane had a lot of sucess on the ASCS tour but that's eons ago in racing years.

My understanding is that Joe Gaerte is the wrench for Macedo in the #2. Would make sense given their past success.
