Looking like this weekend should be a good one for the IRA crew. The northern nationals on friday already has some big names going with the normal IRA big shooters plus a few big names invading for the weekend. Sammy Swindell and Kerry Madsen will be making the tow up north. I would assume swindell will be in the Thone Motorsports car. Assuming that everyone makes the tow from Superior to New Richmond the Jerry Richert Memorial will be another great one. Throw in a handful more of the IRA guys who don't make the tow to Superior and add in (assuming) Heskin, Tatnell, Whitney, possibly Dobbmeier, and handful of others it will be a great show. The UMSS winged sprints have been way down this year but the wingless field should be stout! I will more than likely not be going this year as work will keep me away. Will this be on ppv?

The UMSS 360s had short fields for a couple of their stand alone races during the summer but this is one of those Midwest Power Series races and all the tracks have finished their seasons. I would think it will be a good night. I'm doigging out my camera gear exactly one year since I shot my last race which was this event. I need a few photos for the personal collection.
The weather forecast is perfect so it should be a good night. RCS has the Seitz Memorial and I think Sprints are running so not sure about anyone coming down from Grand Forks. A few come up from Knoxville.
This is my second race of 2018 and first with the camera so I can't be picky about car counts.

Stan nosa only runs Friday night at the Seitz so there is a decent chance that you will see a few visitors tow over

Dobbmeier confirmed that he will be in cedar last night. Add in a large field of travelers that went to superior last night and it sounds like the JRM will be a very stout show tonight!

I didn't look at the Seitz schedule and thought they ran on Saturday. I used to stay on top of the details when I was writing but not so much anymore. I'm charging camera and flas batteries for the first time in a year. The last race I took action photos at was this race last year. Beyond out of the loop.
