Once again another PA domination by the Posse, oops ALL-STARS.  4 out of the top 5 again with all the big dogs in appearance.  I think this finally shows that it's the track itself not the competition that beats them at the Grove, something I've been saying in this forum for about 20 years.  I used to talk about one track wonders and all that, well it's time to bring back that conversation, lol.

Congrats to Anthony as well, he looked so much more confortable on this trip to Palookaville than any previous ones.  I think it's time to call a spade a spade, not are the Outlaws always spanking them (everywhere generally but the Groove where over the years they still dominate) we can now safely say the All-Stars are the big Daddy in this area for now as well, agreed???

This is such a joke. I'm not even a big time Posse guy, I was rooting for Reutzel all weekend but even last nights winner who I think is much more credible than you said that PA is the most talented regional area in the country. Macedo won after taking out the pole sitter at Lincoln, and then riding behind Rahmer for 27 laps until his engine went up.

Where were all these posts last season? You know when the Posse swept this entire weekend (Rahmer, Dietrich, Forsythe, Hodnett). How about earlier this season when the Posse swept the entire weekend at WG and Port (Dewease, twice). In fact it looks like the only night you missed making a post about this weekend was the Grove (when Posse won, twice). So far this season in Central PA the Posse is still winning against the All Stars 4-3 (assuming you decide to count Stewart as an All Star... which is debatable at best).

Make your case if you think the Posse is so bad, what area is better, why?

I’m keen to your game, but maybe you should read my response to the ‘Dream Team’ three too.

This is a 20 year old debate if you were to read my post properly, but you didn't.  You have been around here for one year, for all I know you are 12.  Don't get into a debate about quantum physics if you don't know squat, the same holds true with this subject matter, go have a nap.....

PS  Stewart is an All-Star, he owns the series you moron, sheesh....

Relax railfan33, you are one of the legit Posse Peeps in this forum.  Never really thought of you as one of the Cheerleaders, it's the Johnny come lately to the talk that are the brutal ones.  Hope you enjoyed the racing last week, watched a lot of it, looked like it was pretty good, no matter who won.....Freddie is going to be a star, really believe that.  Go to College, that go to the highway, is that his gameplan?  Hope so.....

It was a good race imo........as far as top ten goes, Stewart came forward five positions to win, Conely came from eighth to second, but they were pretty much the only movers among the All Stars. Dewease came from thirteenth to third, Dietrich from twenty-tirst to ninth and Hodnett just missed the top ten at elleventh from eighteenth.  So it looks like the movers and shakers were Posse.

As for last year vs this year, I think it's fair to say the All Stars are stronger this year than they were last year. But imo neither group really dominates the other. Each is going to have it's nights. I do think (not bashing here) that out on the road the All Stars will have an advantage in that they are more accustomed to adjusting setups at tracks they seldom run. The young guns did pretty well in PA this time around for sure. We see that with our locals. They pretty much always know how to adjust to changing conditions at tracks they are familiar with, but stumble some at new tracks. Ian Madsen with the Outlaws is a good example. Had a rather tough time at fresh tracks this year but as they begin to make the second go around he's getting faster. The road teaches drivers and teams a lot of things that home doesn't. Home is great for getting fast and doing well.....something nearly all drivers have in common.......but hitting the road is the only way to get to the top.

If you have been debating this for 20 years then your argument looks really bad considering the record of the All Stars vs. Posse in PA over the past 20 years. You shouldn't be so quick to assume people don't know anything, it's not a great argument to post your opinion, and then instead of responding to anyone else's you just waste a bunch of oxygen forming what you think is some type of witty response that adds nothing to the conversation. I've already seen you do that several times over the weekend. I'm not 12, but if I were it wouldn't really matter because even a 12 year kid could see that you are an idiot and would likely have a more logical opinion than yours.

The All Stars are much better than they were in the past, and anyone with half a brain would take Reutzel or some of the other All Stars over the PA guys in races pretty much anywhere other than PA. But if you bet against the Posse in PA against the All Stars you are going to lose more often than not based on actual facts and actual logic.

It has NEVER been about the All-Stars until this week, had you been around you might have known that.  Do yourself a favor, if you haven't a clue about what the argument is leave it alone.  Stop embarassing yourself newbie, go back to being a Posse Cheerleader it looks much better on you, like I said earlier this is quantum physics and you don't have a clue.  Look at this response, go 'Huh" and leave it at that....

I've been on hoseheads for years now, I know the idea of being able to create a new account may confuse you. It's pretty simple though, even you could do it. All you have to do is click the logout button, and then you will have the option to register a new account. After filling in some details and confirming your email you will be back and ready to waste more oxygen facerolling across your keyboard trying to act like your opinion is worth more than everyone elses (here is a tip: it isn't)

Based on the fact that you don't understand how creating a new account works I highly doubt you know anything about quantum physics.

This post is spot on, my friend. Ol' MSPN was deathly silent after Friday night. He's just another bullshiter who likes to create arguments on here, instead of discussions, like an adult.  He thrives on that stuff because clearly he has nothing else to do.

Right. I'm sure quantum physics is a lot more complicated than looking at race results.

Now , track prep is another issue entirely wink

IF you have been around here for years you sure haven't paid attention to this, lol.  Having been here since the beginning I know of which you speak and I know nothing about quantum physics, the same as you, just trying to make a point which went over your head and somewhat very small bain, sorry.  You and steelman make a good pair of which a movie was made about, Dumb and Dumber, please take it as a compliment....

PS  You need not make any more assumptions about what I know or don't know, my one guarantee is I have forgot more about the sport than you know and likely this forum as well.....Thanks for playing along tho', this is what keeps me alive these days, lol....

That is a pretty tall assertion to make about someone who you don't even know, but an even bigger assertion to think you know more than the entire forum. It's too bad you can't put some of this knowledge you profess to have to use in some way more productive than proving to the world how much of a stuck up idiot that you are. Instead you continue to log on here and try to stir the pot with every post so that you can do the opposite of have an argument or discussion with somebody.

What is the bar for being able to argue or have a discussion with you? Is it the amount of races you have been to? Involvement in the sport? Age? What is it so the rest of us can have some kind of guideline of what it will take for you to do more than make a pointless post to stir the pot and then "defend" it by never actually responding to people who disagree with you aside from calling names and trying to act like you are better than them?

Most people around here already know these silly stats, lol.  I spent a dozen years travelling Coast to Coast as a sprint car photo journalist, full time, mostly photos though.  I spent two winters in Australia going coast to coast with their touring group World Series Sprintcars, had a blast and covered sprints and a few other races over there, including their one and only NASCAR track, since closed.  Got lucky and flew over that track outside of Melbourne in a Helicopter and shot a whole bunch of interesting photos, back in the 90's.  I even wrote a 5 page story in an Aussie magazine about Fred Rahmer winning the PCR Nationals, maybe his biggest win Ever and coincidentally the weekend his triplets were born, they loved Fred over there.  I set-up and sold photos at my booth at most tracks over there and dozens and dozens in the USA.  Got on this forum at the beginning and started teasing the Posse fans, Alan used to get pissed at me for what I wrote but he didn't take it personal and we have always had a good relationship in real life.  He called me an 'arsehole' on the internet and a 'friend' in person.  He was and still is a man of vision and what he started was great but not the fun it once was.  Heck, 20 years ago drivers were posting on here all the time but they got chased off by the morons who picked on them.  I pick on the Posse FAN, not the Posse driver, I have toooo much respect for all of them.  Over the years approximately 195 different drivers ran my MSPN Photos decal at some point.  Mark Kinser, Donnie Schatz, Steve Smith, Bobby Allen and Sammy for more than a dozen years.  I just traded them photos and they would run the sticker, some for a while, some just a time or two.  More importantly, at least a hundred drivers most people have never heard about, the heart and soul of the sport and the people I really cared about a bunch.

Back to the Posse fans, they are the proudest, most vocal and best in the country and I have said this for a couple of decades.  I have seen close to hundred races in PA over the years and most of them were excellent.  What I never liked was the idiot Posse Cheerleaders, a few I met in real life and many from this forum who have always wrecked it for the real Posse fan who cheers for his own but doesn't hate The Outlaws or now adays the All-Stars.  I could go on for hours but for more than a dozen years I was lucky to average over 100 races a year, met tons of racers, fans, crews, track folks and everybody else in the sport, they were the best dozen years of my almost 70 on the planet, good afternoon.....

One top dog there... Lance... Freddie won two of three and was leading the third and popped an engine... Took the night off. We have two drivers who can beat the traveling series.

If anyone thinks the 27 and 48 are top dogs...they haven't been to a race in months...

Drop the microphone MSPN....i think you just won!  Lol. Cheers. And you are 100% correct, this place is great, but way back when it was so much more fun. I too remember when drivers would bebop in here from time to time and it was a lot of fun. It's just not the way the world works anymore where everyone is allowed to have an opinion as long as it coincides with theirs.

That is great, sounds like you had a great time with racing throughout your life. But my question was, what qualifications does someone need to be able to debate with you? I wouldn't consider myself a posse cheerleader. But I respect all of them, even if I'm not a fan of that particular driver.

I don't have the racing related resume that you do, but I have been to races in 28 states and 5 provinces. I've never been to Australia but would like to go for WSS Speedweek at some point (although I'm sure some other races would line up better with my other bucket list item of hitting a V8SC race while I'm there). I have my favorites, some of which are posse drivers, and I also have other favorites (I'm a big, big fan of Aaron Reutzel, I like the ASCS series a lot and respect the drivers who run in it so really started follow Aaron Reutzel when he raced there. I follow the ASCS nearly as much as local racing in PA. As far as AU drivers go, I always root for J-Mac, but also root for Glen Sutherland and Jye Okeefe as well (it was great to see them all make the pole shuffle last weekend at Northline). I respect all of the Outlaws as the best of the best but I don't really care for any of the Outlaws as a fan right now, I root for the underdogs there -- when and if Reutzel decides to run the Outlaws that will change. In PA I root for DIetrich, Montieth and Logan Wagner usually -- along with underdog guys, I think everyone roots for them. I'm not even out of my 20s yet so I don't have a long list of racing related accolades, but I can say that I've promoted successfully at tracks in a few states, and also started a successful touring series which I sold last year so that I could pursue my own racing. I have purchased a 305 Sprint Car (2012 XXX 87/40 1"RR engine built by Schultz) and plan to run for the ROY in the PASS Series next season. I also recently purchased two 270 Micros (Early 2000s, Hypers) that my crew guys will be racing next season at Trail Way Speedway.

Like I said, I don't have the long list of accolades that you do, but I would think I've done enough in the few years I've had to at least be "worthy" to debate with you (as I'm sure many people on here are). I'm open to your opinion, you must have one? If the Posse is so bad then what region is better? Certainly you are not arguing that the All Stars are better than the Posse? I think most people already know that they are all around better. There is a ton of evidence that points to that, from Mansfield, to Knoxville, and everywhere else. In Central PA however I don't think the Outlaws are all that much more likely to win than the Posse, and the All Stars are less likely to win than the Posse. That is the impressive part about the Posse. Even though it is at home they are just as good as the best teams in the country and there are no other regions that can say that they have so many drivers capable of really competing with the Outlaws on home turf. Each region has a few, but no region has as many as the Posse. That is my opinion, what is yours?

The Posse can't compete on the road with the Outlaws, never have been able to.  A few ex-Outlaws turned Posse have some wins, but overall very few.  Take the Grove out of the equation and the Posse is nothing special at home, to be honest.  Double D won a couple of Lincoln races but the Outlaws won about 90% over the years.  Heck the top Outlaw race winners at the Grove are Steve, Schatz, Mark K. and Sammy and it's not even close.  I could go on and on but Supper is waiting....Oh yeah, I have been saying for about 10 years that CA is far ahead of PA in producing Outlaw caliber racers and it's become more obvious with each season....These are simply facts not opinion....
