Where do you get that he was let go???? Or did you just make that up?? He tweeted that he decided to step away from the 98 car. I can only assume you have other info or are just a total tool making shit up. Which is it??

Are you the guy who doesn't like Carl and bashes him on here? I can't remember. Not that it matters, that's totally your right to do, I mean I'm not big on using energy on things I don't like but you do you.
Carl and the 98 team split ways. He was not let go. I believe it was Carl's decision and/or mutual. You have to remember he is seeing some of these tracks for the first time. Brandon has been to most of them last year running All Stars.

Bowser ran last year as well! He has been running 410 s for over 10 years.. Brandon who is the most humble kid in the pits
has nothing compared to the 98 !! not even close but has talant .. and prob mutual on both ends . Cale conely never seen tracks as well ..

I don't know where or when you heard that the 98 was high dollar team, they are not. And that car hasn't been competitive since the Hammer drove it at Port on a regular basis.

This is Bowser's first year on the ASCOC tour. Brandon is a great kid too. Carl and Brandon are both great kids. And both humble. The 98 is not a high dollar team and while they may have more resources than Brandon your tone is that we're comparing KKR to Robert Bell here and we're not. Yep Cale is having a great year too. He has a lot of talent.

Bowser Ok around western Pa not All Star driver.. Should run small series like ohio sprint series or fast 410.. He can be big fish and do very well at Lernerviile, Tri-city.. Brandon and brent Matus went thru the same struggles went they left lernerville.. Big diff of talant level on All Stars and outlaws.. Last outlaw show at lernerville
Last Chance Showdown (12 Laps) - Top 4 Transfer: 1. 83-Cory Eliason [3][]; 2. 22-Brandon Spithaler [4][]; 3. 4-Parker Price-Miller [1][]; 4. 4K-Kasey Kahne [8][]; 5. 2AJ-A.J. Flick [5][$500]; 6. 42-Sye Lynch [2][$400]; 7. 7W-Logan Wagner [6][$350]; 8. 98-Carl Bowser [7][$300]; 9. 45-Trevor Baker [10][$275]; 10. 13-Brandon Matus [11][$250]; 11. 33-Brent Matus [13][$200]; 12. 91-Sadie Siegel [12][$200]; 13. 4KX-William Kiley [14][$200]; 14. 1R-Gale Ruth [15][$200]; 15. 51-John Garvin [9][$200]; 16. O8-Dan Kuriger [16][$200]
Spithaler made it Bowser 8th matus 10th and Brent matus 11th and garvin 15th in B-Main. You do not see that in central PA or other parts of the country with regulars

Just based on the next few weeks, I’d put someone from Central Pa in there and hope you actually qualify in a few a mains. What’s the point of putting another western pa driver in there who won’t be able to qualify at these tracks?

Could it be Parker Price Miller or Clyde Knipp (not sure why he was at Port on Saturday) car has potential but this is going to be a tough couple weeks if they even run the car some years they have just disappeared.
What will happen with Bowsers sponsor that was on the car?

Which sponsor Golden Flavor Sesame Snacks is owned by the Chiapelli's who own the car, so that stays with the car. The sponsor on the center top wing will follow Carl, not the car
Also, the car, hauler, etc. were out of Carl's shop and the crew was Carl's guys so putting in a PPM or someone else would require a new crew and the car to be at the owners shop and not with the driver. So not as turnkey as it might seem. Maybe for a race or two or three, but not sure. Carl maintained the car at his shop.

Possibly. PPM is a young talent for sure. Great kid too. My comment was just that it's not as turnkey as you think based on the deal with Carl and the 98 car. I'm not sure (they might I hoenstly don't know) if the 98 team has chassis, wings, tanks, etc. and a ready to go shop is all. They might and they might be able to throw in a driver for a couple races, but long term there would need to be some additions or movement or partnerships, etc.

If Tom C has the motors and bowser had everything else how could his car be bad? HP engines are tops in country..
Ryan Smith ,Paul macman and brock zerfoss all on HP power plants.. Did bowser have inferior equipment?
I think if 98 gets A good driver thats a very good owner over the years.

I think Balog runs HPs now too. Ryan Smith, Paul and Brock (and Balog) all have WoO wins and are very talented drivers. New tracks against higher competition (All Stars + locals in OH and Central PA) there is a learning curve for sure. But to be a better driver you gotta run against better competition. I don't think it's the equipment being inferior, just new tracks (i.e. no notebooks for setups), better competition, etc. The 98 has been in the sprint car game for a while (and took some years off) so any owner in our sport is welcome and appreciated. I take it you know Tom and Fran? Good people who again have done some good for our sport as car owners.
