I've been looking forward to USAC midgets in Pa. since the schedule was released. Last year they were some of my favorite races...
But weather report looks AWFUL... I look every day & it gets worse, now they say rain on Sunday too
Will they even bother to tow out?
Any chance they could reschedule??? (Please USAC!)

It’s sunday...the first race is Thursday and you are already looking for a reschedule?
Do you realize the logistics involved in any of this? You don’t just reschedule 4-5 nights of racing based on a 5-7 day forecast...
we all wana see racing...all u can do is hope for the best!!

Well, I wasn't asking seriously, just worrying & hoping.... trying to plan ahead
I know its damn near impossible to reschedule. A friend on IOW told me the same thing
I'm 5 hrs. from any GOOD racing & 2 hrs. from mediocre/crappy....

There is a TON of racing in PA...so even if a midget race rains out, you might find a race within a decent drive.

More of a concern might be the car count. ARDC ( now USAC Eastern Midgets) only had 10 cars @ BAPS Speedway on Saturday night for one of their regular shows. I hope I am wrong, because I really enjoy seeing the USAC national tour when they come east.

The USAC national teams will bring plenty of cars so I think we will atleast see full fields of high quality cars including our ARDC guys.

Shouldn't be too difficult to get a full field. Keith Kunz brings 6 cars....plus if the Clauson/Marshall team brings their 3 cars. Add in 11 or 12 local ARDC guys and that's already 20+ cars.

Chad Boat will definitely be in, as he is following points. I'd assume Brady Bacon and Kevin Thomas as well. Tyler Thomas usually heads East for PA midget week. Anyone know if the Petry-Goff team with Jerry Coons and Jason McDougal will make the tow?
