Pevely hasn’t been great the last 2 outlaw races but I’m hoping for better in 2 weeks. They are running double Ironman 55s as last year got rained out. Hoping for good weather and a great field.
Powri midgets also on the card.

Hoping to make this event 1 day in the next couple of years. I-55 is on my bucket list and especially for the Ironman race with midgets on the card. Always worth going to an event that has two forms of sprintcars no matter what the forms maybe.
My buddy and I for the past few years have talked about doing Ironman weekend, going up to Knoxville for the Cappy Classic, then doing the front row challenge and the Nationals. Two great weekends back to back

I do it every year. 9 days of some of the best sprint car racing you can ever see.

Always want to make this race but man I'd have to drive 6 hours down and 6 hours back and get a hotel. Just seems easier to stay at home and go to Knoxville/Osky for 10 straight days. What is the next best show to the Ironman 55 at Peverly? Or does nothing really compare to this race? I know last year it sounded like a game of survival and such and wasn't as good as past years but that could happen anywhere, any night.

The spring show is also woo/powri double, but is super hit and miss with weather.
