Get what you are saying......but,
Chad was fast because he was first out on a rapidly declining track.
Wilson was .3 faster because.........................he was bad fast!!
Pure coincidence.

I'd probably quit calling people dummies when Kemenah was quick by about a half a tenth and Wilson was quick by a tenth and a half...
Group 1: Kemenah 13.863, Schatz 13.906
Group 2: Wilson 14.461, PPM 14.624

Sammy has been racing 360's. He has pretty much lost any driving ability that he ever had.

Which part is giving you trouble? ”Rapidly”, “declining” or “track”?

Except that’s not true... Kemenah was quick time by 5 hundredths and Wilson in B by 1.5 tenths. Neither of those are the 3 tenths you are claiming.
if you are going to put out a theory at least use correct information

We are talking real sprint cars here:
Knoxville June 29 20th of 20 in the Last Chance Showdown
Knoxville June 24th of 24 in the Feature
Eldora July 12 18th of 24 in the Feature
Eldora July 13 9th of 9 in the D

My advice? Don't bother arguing with "alternative" facts.
I've said it elsewhere. I'll say it again. I hate hate hate people having no concept of what random variation looks over the long haul. Even worse is when there are completely logical rational explanations laid forth for a statistically significant outlier.
You have no chance in having him see any other explanation when he's emotionally invested himself in his narrative.

There were four drivers that timed within .3 of Kemenah in the first group of qualifiers. Leads me to believe like most do that it was a rapidly declining surface. In group two however, there were six drivers that timed within .3 of Wilson. Here, in order of their qualifying times are those six, and the position in which they timed in the qualifying order of group two. 2nd quick Parker Price Miller 24th car out, 3rd Paul McMahan 22nd, 4th Tim Shaffer LAST, 5th Cole Duncan 20th, 6th David Gravel 17th and 7th Carson Macedo 2nd driver out in the order. So just when did the clock screw up?
