Which Outlaw teams that are currently struggling will make it to Charlotte in November? Will Sides make it? Or Greg Wilson or Dane Lorence, or Clyde Knipp?

Why don't you go buy one of their t-shirts to help them out then speculating who will make it. Anyone who gives the Woo a shot deserves credit as it is the toughest series out there to be competitive night after night.

Do you also head down to the local hospital on weekends and start a betting pool on who's making it out alive and who's not?

Post of the year potential? At least honorable mention anyway since it has nothing to do with sprint cars.

Blade45, you are a dipshit! How would you have any idea that these teams are on the verge of folding up? I don't think you have any idea. Mind your own business!
You can tell an ass... but, you can't tell 'em much

I think your question could more accurately be which teams will drop the tour and run elsewhere for the remainder of the season. There is no wrong question but this crowd is tough on anything that doesn't pass their muster.
Some teames start the year on tour with the footnote "we'll see how things go". That might be the only hint that some might do an about face but we're not parties to their balance sheet so any answers would be speculation.
The sun doesn't rise and set on the Outlaws. Get out there and enjoy the variety available and don't worry about what the team's accountants are dealing with.

I don't think it seemed like that difficult of a question. But precious feelings can get very tender around here.

Blade 45: You have to remember if you've read this forum before, there are some real assholes on this board. Seems like this forum is the domain of the high school dropout. Empathy? What's that? Give a guy a break? Fuck no!!
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

"Outlaw teams on the verge of folding up"
That's the topic name. Based on nothing---unless there's a few press releases I missed.
How would any of us know?

New guy and i hope the hell he makes it to post #11. Geeez, you guys are tuff. What was said when Tim Schaffer had enough of sitting in hotels rooms and no money coming in ? I think he may have been the smart one, because the rest of the so called outlaws didn't show. There platinium deal won't carry them to far so unless some teams start getting some top ten pay outs i think you may see a few head back home to were they can get some dollars coming in.

yes, you make alot of sense. The early race schedual was a disaster weather wise. It is not only the drivers, but the crew cost with no income and no tow money. On the road is a rough life. I asked Dana Kinser once how they could do it. She said it was the only life they knew of. I can only say the carnival moves on.

Kinser, Sides, J. Allen, Wilson, Lorenc & Knipp have zero top 5's & 3 top 10's combined.

Admittedly selfishly, I'd like to see Greg Wilson come back home to Ohio and run the All Star tour. With the experience he has gained the past few years with the Outlaws, I'd certainly think he'd win his share of races and contend for the title. I miss seeing him run back here.
But, like we all say, not my team, not my $ footing the bill.

I bet those guys are loving the chance to give it a try. I doubt any of them would trade that experience to be you.

I hope and pray that no team closes shop. We will need all the teams we can get in the near future. And further on down the road.
