Hell yeah! It's about damn time. I've been waiting my whole life for this.
Plus, they beat the team that I loathe with the fury of 1000 suns. Brady threw for 505 yds, they didn't even punt, and still lost. Good.

I've been an Philadelphia Eagles fan my whole life. I had to pinch myself this morning to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Regardless of which team you were rooting for last night.......that was an exciting and entertaining Super Bowl. E.A.G.L.E.S....Eagles.

I thought I celebrated just as much as that entire stadium did last night! And to think what it would have been like 20 years ago?
This team should be very competitive for years to come!!

Did you go to bed last night? Weren't you busy starting fires and tipping cars over? Just kidding. I was hoping they would lose but you can't take away from them how well they played. When the playoffs started they were said to be the worst team in there. They beat everyone pretty solidly.
But seriously what's up with the mentality of "Lets celebrate, lets destroy our city". That's the part I don't get.

As a long time Philadelphia sports fan, it pains me to see stuff like that. 99% of the fans are not that way, but unfortunately it takes only a few drunkin a**holes to paint a reputaion on an entire fanbase.

It’s a crazy thing, I’ve met a ton of people from Philly and they are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. And yet, their fan base is without question the most obnoxious in the country.

The Eagles earned this one, no doubt. They were without question the hottest team during the championship run, and that's usually what it takes. That and the fact that the Patriots coming from behind to win was going to catch up with them at sometime. This was that sometime. A team can only tempt fate just so many times. Any thoughts which team goes further next year? I'll take the Patriots.

As a gamblin' man I had my best Super Bowl in History, hitting on the Over as well. In this case it helped having a cat named PHILLY, named after the Flyers tho,' but what the hey, close enough....
