well, that is surprising. Full time ? That's a lot of traveling if he is still based in north carolina.

I live about 10 miles from Pete, pass his trailer all the time. I hope Pete stays with it all year. If I remember correctly he has pulled the plug several times in the past few years on full time rides. I don't know all the circumstances involved so perhaps it was'nt all Pete.

Is this the blue #70? I wish I was back in Ohio this year for some AllStar races.

Yes this car is the blue #70. Tanner Thorson drove it a bit this year and Carson Macedo ran it a couple times and won a race in it at Attica this year. Holtgraver ran it full time with allstars in 2016.

Holtgraver ran pretty well in it in 2016, won a few all star races including the Lou Blaney memorial. Dave was running the best he has in years at the end of last year, if that carries over I can see him finishing top 3 in the all star points.

Pete Grove has a huge man crush on Dave. Said he had two favorite drivers and that was Dave and Steve Kinser. He tried to get Steve in the car last year, but it fell through and never happened. Dave has run some modifed stuff for Pete in the past and Tony really wanted some star power to get the season going after they ramped up the point fund. So...from the sounds of it...Tony really was the orchestraor behind it all and Pete and Dave just kind of needed each other and it worked out for them to do this deal

This is true. I saw the vinyl printed with Steve's name on it. But oh well.
