I'd heard that the 2 car was folding up shop to enable Owner to focus on his race track and simply sponsorships. That Madsen was moving over from the 2 car to the 83 car and they would be touring. Now could it be a rumor and I could be incorrect, but this siw aht I was told

Would "big Selzi" have had as good a year racing on the left coast as "little Selzi" had this past year. Of course "Big" was racing with stiffer competition all year so difficult comparison but IMHO Gio was the surprise of the year in sprint car racing. I was going to say Sam H's 20 wins was the surprise of the year but reading a post above about the lack of talent (according to writer) in the ASCS makes me take Sam off the list. But hope Sam gets a WoO ride. 20 wins is 20 wins, don't care where it's at.
