Brad is always interesting to watch that's for sure! Will be pulling for him for sure. I would assume Joe B. Miller will be back to run at Pevely but I wonder if he will try to pull double duty as well. He also has a midget he's running these days. I saw he was out west with the USAC midgets in Nebraska and Kansas the last few days.

Joe B. just needs a silver crown car to have all the bases covered. Very entertaining driver to watch, he is always moving forward.

That's funny you say that because i was just thinking the same thing! Cool to see a mainly winged sprint car guy get diversified and kind of go the opposite direction of most of the guys (ie getting in a midget and wingless sprint car, instead of going from those to the wings). He's pretty damn competitive in whatever he straps into as well. Love to see guys with the drive (and the opportunity) to get into multiple classes of open wheel racing.

Joe B Facebook post on Tuesday:
"It's race day! Tonight we are at Jefferson County Speedway for Tuesday Night Thunder with USAC Racing in the Trifecta Motorsports 7U midget."
"Tomorrow we will follow up in the 7U midget at Solomon Valley before traveling home to prepare for two nights of racing at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 for the Iron Man 55."
No mention of double duty but I think it will happen.

Well here's to hoping. Pretty excited for the next two days of racing. The weather looks FANTASTIC, especially Friday. I'm not primarily a wing guy but this is a can't miss show, as far as i'm concerned, on my racing calendar every year. Only a 40 minute drive for me across the river but unfortunately, after the races it will take me at least twice as long to get home (they need to post a police officer or two where Herky Horine road outlets to direct traffic out like Haubstadt does).
Standing inbetween 3 and 4 practically on the fence (before they started putting up the metal barricades) during qualifying is something I will always remember from my first Ironman experience. Eye opening fast.
