Almost certainly not!
(1) they race tomorrow at Tri-city in western Pa
(2) weather forecast at the Grove is very uncertain, and
(3) other than a sanctioned event, All stars rarely if ever run at the Grove. Only exception I can think of is Kemenah running the Natty Open. It's like the Pa turnpike is closed eastbound at the Lernerville exit!!!

It's all done raining here at the Grove... weather looks good for the rest of the night. Hope some All Stars show up!

Kind of like that computer chip that shuts down 98% of the Posse haulers if they try to go west through the tunnels on the Pa Turnpike.....
