It only shows that talent does take you further. Bobby once told me there were nights he understood he wasn't going to win, due to tracks he just did not like, conditions and if he was saving that tire for another track down the schedule. That generation were true outlaws, it wasn't about who had the most money. Yea it does help but Ole scruff is showing those boys the right way if they want to stay on the road.
