Yes. David is Posse. There is no other explanation. You don't just come into PA and win. As a matter of fact, this puts Gravel on the list of hundreds of drivers with more talent than Kyle Larson----you know, because Kyle didn't win in PA.
(better clarify--sarcasm)

If they don't claim him, you can start the countdown to "he hasn't passed a car all week" or "the track/format sucks".
2 nights in a row Outlaws take the win, 3 of top 4, and 6 of top 10.

What the hell does Larson have to do with it? he's making more money than the entire field at the groove.

Absolutely. That one always seems to come up because you know, an outlaw win isn't an outlaw win if you're an outlaw and you didn't start 12th. If you're Posse, then a win is a win no matter where you started.

Ebbs and flows, crests and troughs, peaks and valleys, etc. You get the idea.... The Outlaws are dominating in PA right now. Gravel and Schatz are kicking ass and it'll be interesting to see if anyone else can, or will, step up tonight.

I love it when the Outlaws kick Ass in PA, and all you get from the Posse Peanut Gallery is Cricket's ;-)

He's from Connecticut...He cut his teeth in posse country.
The Crew chief and car is based outa the area.
The Car owners are former williams grove championship car owners
They're certainly outlaws but the posse connections are pretty damn cool if ya ask me!

That's why I've said before, there should be a note at the top that says, "Abandon all hope, ye who enter."
For some of the people on this board, I just read their posts and do that thing where you raise your eyebrows and head at the same time and give a slight nod at the top. Its the same look I give people when I'm trying to be polite, but its obvious they have no clue what the hell they are talking about.

Congratulations to my "semi homeboy" David Gravel
Can we come up with a nickname for the Crew of One from Connecticut?
"Connecticut Cadre:? "Ct. Cabal"? "Nutmeg Ninjas"?
or maybe just "Crew of One"....

I think the Clinton County race where I first saw him was Empire Super Sprints or maybe Patriots? Mostly upstate NY guys, they had 360s running with 410s, actually my first ever sprint car race
It was about a 20 mile drive to the nearest gas station & when I stopped there, I noticed every other car was covered with dust & there were haulers... everybody was coming from the track, so I started talking to people. I commented to one guy that I was a bit disappointed that the fans were so mellow, didn't seem to be rooting for anyone in particular (dirt track races I went to in the 60s in Virginia, everybody was intensely for or against the perennial front runner, Smokey stover)
He told me about Williams Grove & Posse vs. Outlaws, if I wanted intense fans.....
I was on my way back West at the time, but did some research, & at the end of Sept. got on a plane & saw National Open where Sammy won in a thriller over DeWease
The rest is history....
Go Posse!

You might notice that "Big Right Ear" is a goof on "Big Right Rear"
Maybe he's trying to make Posse guys look stupid....
