How was the A-feature, good, bad? I had to leave before it started. I'm not her to bash, just curious how it went.

I followed it on race monitor, I was very surprised the track let the race go so far over curfew. I've seen a 12 lap and a 17 lap A main 410 wing sprint car race at Antioch because of curfew. We don't go there any more.
Next race we get to go to is on the 15th at Placerville

On GaryThomasGT@facebook He has a video of the A main highlights. Track looked like it slicked over.

That track is pretty wild on nights when racing coincides with the tide coming in. Certainly an element you don't have to consider at most tracks.
I've seen it go from slick to increasingly tacky when the water table rises, and it certainly made my list of memorable tracks in the U.S. based on that alone. A full moon created a similar effect one other night I was there. I just think things like that are pretty neat.
There are so many changing elements that affect dirt track prep/conditions, and that component certainly adds a whole other level of technicality to the mix.
