Sounds like the McBide/Schoff 23s car years back. Went through a bunch of drivers with the same crew chief. Then got rid of the crew chief and Frankie Kerr drove it for what, 10 straight years.
The BWW situation seams like the same deal to me.

past drivers, henderson, solwold, Cap Henery, BC, Eric Lutz,Zomer, Crockett, Sammy, Thomas Kennedy, KTJ, who did I miss?and one crew chief thru all the drivers. hmmmmmmm. If it was my team I would find a new crew chief and hire Zomer back.

Anyone check Jacob Wilson's Twitter account? No idea if it's real or not (he can be quite the joker)

First, I think it is awesome we still have actual team owners and crew chiefs like this, instead of the "family" owned team. While I question making the move so early, there is A Lot of good drivers who are looking for rides this year(in a bit of irony a lot of them are over 50, perhaps that is the same as 30 in running back years?)
Either way, I think that Zomer is still a very real possibility, but I think they are looking to uncover a new talent. 3 names that are possible that are young and can grow. Jack Dover, Bill Balog and Brad Loyett would all be nice drivers who might be possible hires. One thing they don't seem to go after are older drivers who are most likely on the downside of their career. I loved Jac...back in the day but his time has most likely past. Is Jac 60 yet?

From the sounds of things it was Zomer's decision (or maybe mutual) for him not to return. He has a fulltime job and the BWW team is doing A LOT of traveling this year. Don't see HIM going back to that ride. No way Balog takes that ride either (IMO). He's also got a fulltime job and young kids. He's got a good thing going with IRA + a few select shows and has committed to running someone else's car (Rhine Auto car) at IRA Races. Too much of a gamble to take this ride when he'll most likely pull in 15 - 20 wins with his schedule this year.
My money's on Dollansky, after they let him go, I don't know, maybe the Dude.....

The obvious choice is Tyler Walker.

I could not believe that it took this many posts for this name to come up.

A better option would be for the car owners of the 82 take half the money that they'd spend this year.....give it to the car owner of the 6 that jac will drive this year and have the 6 team become the bww team

They don't even have any Buffalo Wild Wings in Ohio, Pennsylvania or a lot of the states mentioned in this thread. I'm not a real smart guy, just an ol' railroad clerk looking forward to hanging up his tariffs, but if I owned a business I'd focus my advertising exposure in places my business operates.

I live 15 miles south of Selinsgrove Speedway, and 2 miles north of the track is a Buffalo Wild Wings.
The BMW #82 is a crazy team but I thank the owner for fielding a car. That being said maybe he should just sponsor a team.
I suggest the Bobby Allen Shark Racing Team.

Some down here in SE PA too. West Chester, Downingtown, and Phoenixville. Not really my place to go for wings though.

The location map I looked at my st have been out of date. They originated here in the upper Midwest and have locations all around the Twin Cities.
