does this happen at other tracks too, I've ONLY NOTICED itt at Silver Dollar Speedway?

is this a Sign that will happen at other tracks in the not too distant Future too ?

We did not run Chico this week, but it sounds like you're describing the Flowmaster 53545-10 suitcase muffler required at many tracks in California for many years now.  They have an air bleed hole to burn excess raw fuel that builds up.  We have run them since 2004.  Fuel curves get messed with all the time, could happen more or less in the future.
