There was Ralph the promoter/director at Knoxville, and there was Ralph the man at Knoxville. When my son was first stricken with his brain tumor at age 16, Ralph set it up so we had special parking right inside the main entrance, along side the Skate Pit. One of the many things that he did for a fan over the years that I'm sure he has long forgotten......but we haven't! Ralph is in our prayers!

Really shouldn't post stuff like this without having it verified and with permission from Marilyn and the family.
My wife told me if I went to one more Sprint Car race
she would leave me.................I'm sure gonna miss
that ol' gal.
