Trip to Angell Park is nice. That'll make a nice 2-Day All Star-IRA co-sanctioned weekend with Wilmot.

I wonder if the Florida races are going to be point races in 2017. I think one of the keys to getting guys to follow the whole tour the last couple of years is making Florida non points. Face it those Florida races can break the budget fast when you are basically running Woo caliber fields down there.
Sure is a shame they can't get more than 1 show in IN. Bloomington, Lawrenceburg and Haubstabt would be a great weekend. Same goes for Southern IL, I-55 and Granite City would be a great show. Sure looks how the schedule is laid out it would be easier for any Posse to follow the tour with the amount of shows in PA and NY.

They're listing Pennsylvania Motor Speedway for a date in July. I thought that the place was supposed to shut down after this past season.

I thought the same thing about PPMS when I read the schedule. Hasn't been anything in the news here recently about it, hmmm...
I also find it weird they can't grab another date at Lernerville through the season. Always come early May, then that's it. Always has a decent car count and it's always a good show when it slicks off. Always wondered why they didn't come back for another show at Lernerville.

...Follow up. Just looked at PPMS Facebook Page and looks like they're racing in 2017. Put down new clay and were advertising "UNOH All Stars" for the July Show....which they may want to update to "Arctic Cat All Stars "(even had the old UNOH All Star logo on there). Haha.

The rumor with PPMS is that the ground it is siuated on is all rock and itd take a fortune to do anything with it. Around september it became apparent that they would open in 2017 again.

The last few years ASCOC has run Wilmot, and had to either head up to SD for the next night, or right back to Ohio. The 3 day swing of Kokomo, Wilmot and Angell Park makes complete sense. I hope that being early in the year, and it being a 3 race swing brings a few extra cars as well. With cars counts of 38 in 2015 and 44 in 2016, these two Wisconsin shows could be EXCELLENT. I have a feeling that Smoke might run these two shows as well (But thats just a feeling. Obviously not confirmed)
Real race cars don't have fenders...

That's good news. We've lost too many tracks as it is. I'm usually a fan of bullrings rather than big tracks, but I've been over there for a couple of shows in the past and they've been pretty good.

Onlly one race in Indiana and two in Illinoise. The All Stars have made a definite shift toward the east since Webb screwed up everything toward the west.

No fremont again this year. They need bury the hatchet and move on no other tracks in the area seem to have any problems with the all-stars.

See that Selinsgrove is on the All Star schedule in S[ptember this year, with Bedford on Sunday ,is that going to be the Nace race or are they going to move that to a different date? They usually have a Sunday raindate for the Nace Race.
Havent heard of any other improvements up there other that Clay this is year two when are the improvements going to start Susky and Port keep doing more and more every year!!!
RIP Jim Payne ,Bob Beidelman and long time crew chief Danny Loss.

That should be the Nace memorial that weekend. Glad to see the all-stars sanctioning it. My guess is the all-stars needed a 2nd PA track to make it worth the tow. I wish Selinsgrove would have also kept the April date after Port.
