What does this mean for Stevie is he still with Fred or is he Retiring?

I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF DALE AND JANET HOLBROOK PUT something together for Ohio and Western Pa. races since John and Pee Wee only go west for Knoxville and Lernerville, only Stevie ran Ohio Speedweek dont remember the last time the 1Z WAS AT THE KINGS ROYAL or the Doty.

Lucas even took the 5w to The Finals the last few years.

I don't get it .... what does Dale 's ride have to do with Stevie Smith?

The Zemco car goes to Knoxville every year, in fact started on the pole for the big show in '09, Stevie's first year in the car.  I believe the last time at Eldora was with Mark Smith.

Stevie was at Eldora in the 1z in 2009. Schatz won. Tmac won the Knight before. We did snakebite shots all night. My buddy ended up passed out next to the food line in turn 2. Laying on his back with a glob of ketchup on his chest. White t shirt. Looked like he had gotten shot. Everybody in line...."OMG is he OK?"

"Yes he's fine. Enjoy your pork tenderloin."

Been to Path Valley several times.  I just never figured out why some rave about that place.  I'll go anywhere to watch a race but I certainly see nothing special about Path.  Cetainly the lighting and seating can best be described as sub-par.  Parking is marginal.  Track is just okay.  What am I missing?  All Stars?  Really?  Doubt that.  Ok - so the Buck Rub girls and Steve Post do show up for some of Rahmer's events.  Whooopeee!!!

It would be a hell of a lot better if they fixed the banking in 3&4 (ever notice how it flatens out dramatically on the outer third of the track?) And if they'd put enough water in the surface. Last time they ran a 410 show, 1&2 were excellent then 3&4 were a skating rink. I'm sure they work hard just like everyone else but the people who prep that track don't have the slightest clue what they're doing and to make it worse, they don't have much equipment to work with. Still, adequate moisture evenly distributed on the track would make that place incredible

I enjoy the Path because of its smaller size, PA is full of big fast half miles and of course 3/8's so Path (and Susky sorta) are the closest things to a bull ring for 410's we have around here. Don't get me wrong I love the high speeds of the big tracks but the close racing that a shorter track provides is great to watch. Plus you can see every inch of the track and action. Obviously the place is a little rough around the edges but so are those skanks from buck rubs!

I agree. It's awesome i have both options every week. Fast half mile on Fridays @ The Grove  and Racey Short track Saturday at Lincoln. As stated above I enjoy Path and Susky becuase they are different. Path valley becuase you can actually see a driver drive. Susky because it really isnt a big track and not really a bull ring. You get the speed of a big track and the raceyness or a short track.

Because it was rumored when Lucas left the ride....thats where Stevie Smith would end up. This rumor came about because the Steive/Rahmer deal was rumored to only be a 3 year deal. 2016 was Stevie and rahmers 3rd year. Everyone assumes the deal rumor is true thus leaving Stevie rideless or retired for 2017. Nothing has been said otherwise from The Rahmer camp. With that being said no word would lead me to believe nothing has changed with the team. From the RUMOR!!!! (just like always it isnt fact until a press release)  I've heard from a few reliable sources. No resaon to believe otherwise...that Stevie has a seat with Rahmer until he decides to retire
